Ingredients
Noodles | : | 1 pack |
Carrot,capsicum,beans,cabbage, | : | 1 cup |
Onion | : | 1/4 cup |
Ginger garlic paste | : | 1/4 tblspn |
Salt | : | to taste |
Chili | : | 6 count |
Chinese five spice powder | : | 1/4 tblspn |
Oil | : | 2 tblspn |
Vinegar | : | 1/2 tblspn |
Spring Onion | : | 1/4 cup |
Soy Sauce , Chili Sauce | : | 1 tblspn |
Method : Heat water in a pan, add 1 tspn oil and noodles and cook it till its half done. Drain the water and keep it aside. Add some drops of oil with the noodles and mix well. It will make noodles separate pieces. Cut vegetables and onion into length-wise pieces like noodles. Heat Oil in a heavy bottom utensil add ginger garlic paste, onion, green chili ,salt , vegetables and fry it well (Don't add water, if you want add little amount of water). Then add Chinese five spice powder, chili sauce mix it well allow vegetables get cook well. Now add soy sauce, vinegar mix it well till the raw smell goes off. Finally add cooked noodles and spring onion and mix it well. Hakka noodles are ready and serve hot.
Note : Hakka Noodles is wheat noodles.
