    Pancake - spice

    Ingredients
    Wheat flour : 1 cup
    Oats : 1/4 cup
    Nutmeg powder : 1 pinch
    Cardamom Powder : 1 pinch
    Cinnamon Powder : 1 pinch
    Sugar powder : 1/4 cup
    Salt : to taste
    Fruit salt : 1 tblspn
    Butter : 200 grm
    Milk : 1/2 cup
    Water : 1 cup


    Method : In large bowl mix with the following ingredients such as wheat flour, oats, sugar, salt, milk like batter. Now add nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon powder, fruit salt (this salt give softness) mix it well. Heat the pan in low flame pour the batter like dosa add butter toast it golden brown colour, serve hot.
