    Pepper Potato Curry by chef jacob's



    Pepper potato curry is mainly based on ingredients of pepper. Instead of potato we can use chicken or lamb , it will give different taste. This curry serve suits with chapatti or Parota.

    Ingredients
    Boiled Potato : 2
    Pepper : 2 tblspn
    Coconut : 4 big slices
    Red chili : 4
    Fennel : 1/2 tblspn
    Onion : 1
    Ginger garlic paste : 1 tblspn
    Pepper Powder : 1 tblspn
    Salt : to taste
    Coconut Oil : 5 tblspn
    Curry Leaf : 1 tblspn
    Turmeric Powder : 1 tblspn

    Method : Grind the coconut,pepper.Heat Oil in a pan during that time add 2 red chili ( It wont produce more smoky,don't add the chili over heat oil) and then add Curry leaf,chopped onion,fennel fry it well.Add ginger garlic paste,grind masala,turmeric powder fry it well till the raw smell goes off , add water , mashed potato , pepper powder mix well .Finally add salt.Pepper Potato Curry is ready and serve hot.
