    Ginger-Honey Salmon

    Ingredients
    Salmon  : 4-6 ounce
    honey : to taste
    Pepper Powder : to taste
    Chopped Ginger : 2 tblspn
    Soy sauce : 2 tblspn
    Sake : 3 ounce

    Method : Preheat the oven broiler. In small bowl, mix sake, soy sauce,ginger and pepper . Pour into a shallow casserole dish. Place the salmon in casserole and drizzle with honey. Place the casserole under the broiler on the top oven rack begins to get brown, around 3-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the salmon and drizzle with honey.Continue broiling for 3-5 minutes,serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the salmon.
