    Nethili (Anchovy / White Bait) Kurma by Chef Dhamu

    Ingredients
    Tomato : 200 grm
    Chili Powder : 2 tblspn
    Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tblspn
    Grounded Coconut : 4 big slices
    Nethili : 1/2 kg
    Onion : 200 grm
    Ginger garlic paste : 2 tblspn
    Salt : to taste
    Curry Leaf : 1 stick
    Coriander leaf : 1 small cup
    Oil : 250 ml
    Coriander Powder : 3 tblspn
    Chili : 5
    Curd : 1 cup

    Method : Grind the coconut,3 chili like paste and keep aside. Heat Oil in a pan add curry leaf,chopped onion fry it well.Add ginger garlic paste,tomato,green chili,turmeric powder,coriander powder,chili powder,curd fry it well till the raw smell goes off , add water , grounded coconut mix well . Add salt and nethili fish (Fish only need only 3 minutes for cook).Finally add chopped coriander leaf. Nethili is ready and serve hot.
