Red chili | : | 4 |
Cumin | : | 1/2 tblspn |
Pepper | : | 2 tblspn |
Coconut | : | 2 big slices |
Red chili powder | : | 2 tblspn |
Turmeric powder | : | 1/2 tblspn |
Coriander Powder | : | 2 tblspn |
Green chili | : | 2 pieces |
Ginger garlic paste | : | 1/2 tblspn |
Curry Leaf | : | 2 stick |
Salt | : | to taste |
Oil | : | 5 tblspn |
Method : Grind the coconut,red chili, Cumin,pepper. Add ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,sliced green chili, turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,grounded masala stir well with chicken. Leave the chicken for 20 minutes keep as aside.Heat Oil in a heavy bottom utensil and then add Curry leaf,chicken make it deep fry in low flame. ( Then only the chicken didn't get stick in to that bottom of the pan ). Chennai chicken fry is ready and serve hot.
