Baby corn | : | 10 pieces |
All purpose flour | : | 2 tblspn |
Corn flour | : | 1 tblspn |
Onion | : | 1/4 cup |
Ginger garlic paste | : | 1/4 tblspn |
Salt | : | to taste |
Chili | : | 6 count |
Capsicum | : | 1 small cup |
Oil | : | 250ml |
Pepper Powder | : | 1/4 tblspn |
Vinegar | : | 1/2 tblspn |
Spring onion | : | 1/4 cup |
Method : Blanch the baby corn and keep it aside. Mix with all purpose flour,corn flour,salt,pepper powder,ginger garlic paste add little bit water make it thick batter. Add baby corn with this batter mix it well leave it 10 minutes. Heat Oil in a pan deep fry the baby corn. Heat Oil in a heavy bottom utensil. Add , onion, green chili ,capsicum 1 tblspn salt and fry it one by one (If you want you can add little bit of water/corn torch not too much),add baby corn,vinegar. Finally add spring onion.Now baby corn chili is ready and serve hot.
