    Veg - Gravy

    Ingredients
    Mixed Vegetables : 1 cub
    Onion : 1 cub
    Bay Leaf : 1
    Scrambled Coconut : 1/2 cup
    Cinnamon : 1
    Coriander Powder : 1 tblspn
    Salt : to taste
    Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tblspn
    Green chili : 3
    Oil : 3 tblspn
    Poppy Seed,Fennel : 1 tblspn
    Cashew nuts : 5
    Cardamom,Cloves : 2
    Ginger : 1/2 piece
    Cumin Seed : 1/2 tblspn

    Method : Cut vegetables and onion into small pieces. Soak poppy seed,cashews in hot water for 30 minutes. Grind the coconut, cashews, poppy seeds, cinnamon, green chili, fennel, cardamom, ginger, cloves, coriander powder like paste. Heat Oil in a pan add bay leaf, onion fry it well. Add mixed vegetables , salt,turmeric powder mix it well , add a little water and cook until vegetables are half done. Vegetables with half-cooked add grounded paste,1 cup of water, salt allow to cook for 10 minutes. Decorate with finely chopped coriander leaf and serve hot.

    Note : Mixed vegetables are beans,carrot,peas,potato,cauliflower
