    Cooking Guide

    This cooking guide helps for beginners the way to cook,safety and awareness is important. Get help from someone under supervision while cooking at the home. Beware of gas stove or coil. Use apron and wear cotton dress to avoid burns doing that time oil fry. Cooking food to make us healthy  keep clean while cooking, make sure you hands, vessels are keep clean. Use hand gloves to during that time handle the hot pan. Before cooking make sure all the ingredients are ready. This make sense of cooking even we may save the energy. Use non-stick pan for cook it takes little bit oil compare with other pans.First start with simple food recipes to learn cooking.

    Tips and Techniques :


    Separate eggs  : Take a water bottle flexible to crush, break the egg pour into a bowl. At the moment crush the bottle hold it above the egg yolk, release the pressure, at the time the yolk comes gently inside the bottle.This is easiest way separate the yolk from the white.


    Peel small onion : Soak the small onion in the water until 5 minutes.Touch up with dry cloth. Cut the root, peel the onion skin,now it's easily comes-out.

    Avocado : Cut the avocado in to two pieces as show on image below.
    avocado Use spoon peel the avocado bulb.Now the skin come out easily.

    Garlic : Remove the garlic clove is not difficult. Place the garlic in surface, above that you may use any flat wooden or hard material. Using hand give the pressure over the material. Now garlic easily come out from the clove.
    Soak the Pieces of garlic in the water until 5 minutes.Touch up with dry cloth. Remove the root,peel the onion skin,now its easily comes-out.

    Preserve the coconut : Cut coconut in to pieces,store it in Ziploc pouch. Keep it in fridge freezer section. It will preserve for until 15 days.

    Remove smell from Chicken : Wash chicken thoroughly ,soak the chicken in turmeric powder for 5-10 minutes. After wash with good water, now the smell is gone, the turmeric powder is the good anti bacterial activity product.

    Boiling Potatoes : When boiling potatoes add a pinch of salt to the water.Peeling boiled potatoes a lot easier.

    Brinjal : Select the light weight brinjal. A heavier brinjal will have more seeds, which taste bitter when cooked.
