Cinnamon,Bay Leaf | : | 2 |
Fennel | : | 2 tblspn |
Coconut | : | 1 cup |
Onion | : | 100 gm |
Coriander Powder | : | 1 1/2 tblspn |
Salt | : | to taste |
Chili Powder | : | 2 tblspn |
Turmeric Powder | : | 1/4 tblspn |
Tomato | : | 2 |
Green chili | : | 2 |
Oil | : | 2 tblspn |
Pepper,Cumin Seed,Poppy Seed | : | 1 tblspn |
Cashew | : | 3 |
Method :
Grind the coconut,fennel,pepper,cumin seed,poppy seed,cashew. Heat Oil in a pan add chopped onion,fennel,cinnamon,bay leaf fry it well.Add tomato,crab,chili fry it well.Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder mix well, add water for crab get cook, add tamarind water.Finally add salt, grounded masala allow to cook well. Nandu (crab) masala is ready and serve hot.
