    Egyptian Traditional Dessert-Basbousa

    Ingredients
    Milk : 100 ml
    Sugar : 400 grm
    Curd : 1/4 cup
    Semolina flour : 650 grm
    Ghee : to taste
    Cardamom powder : 1/2 tblspn
    Pista : 1/4 tblspn
    Fenugreek : 2 tblspn
    Lime : 1/2 tblspn
    Water : 1/2 ltr

    Method : Take large bowl pour milk; mix with 100 grm of sugar until dilute, add semolina mix it well. Add curd (Curd must soak with semolina, ghee mix it well. Add cardamom powder mix like pastry. Transfer this pastry in to microwave safe bowl. Keep it in microwave for 6 mintues until golden brown colour. Boil the water, add sugar, lime juice/fenugreek boil for 5 minutes. Add this sugar syrup in to semolina get soak it well 1 to 2 hours. Cut in to pieces decorate with pista serve it.
