    Ingredients
    Wheat flour : 1 cup
    Boiled potato : 3
    Turmeric powder : 1/4 tblspn
    Coriander leaf : 1/4 cup
    Chili Powder : 1 tblspn
    Garam masala : 1/2 tblspn
    Salt : to taste
    Coriander powder : 2 tblspn
    Oil : 1/2 ltr
    Water : 1 cup


    Method : In large bowl mix with the following ingredients such as wheat flour, water, salt make it like dough. Now mash this potato, add turmeric, chili, coriander powder, garam masala, finely chopped coriander leaf mix it well. In that dough make it balls, dust the wheat flour in flat surface rotate the ball like flattern; now add the mashed potato cover the potato full. Again flatten the balls, potato shouldn’t came out, press it very smoothly. Heat the pan in oil, deep fry the roti and serve hot.

    Garam masala is a mixture of ground spices, such as cumin, coriander and cardamom, used in Indian cooking
