    Salmon Fillet

    Ingredients
    Salmon fillets : 1
    Olive oil : 1/2 cup
    Vinegar : 1/4 cup
    Garlic : 4
    Chopped cilantro : 1 tblspn
    Chopped Basil : 1 tblspn
    Garlic Salt : 1 1/2 tblspn

    Method : Preheat the oven broiler. In small bowl, mix oil and vinegar. Arrange the salmon in baking dish. Rub the garlic into fillet, then pour the oil and vinegar over them, turning once to coat. Season with cilantro,basil and garlic salt.Leave for 10 minutes. Place the salmon broil for 15 mintues or until browned on both sides easily flaked with fork.
