    Recipes using Goat Meat



    Using the Goat meat we are going to prepare a gravy recipe. This is south Indian style, preparation time takes 30 minutes.

    Ingredients
    Mutton : 1/2 Kg
    Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tblspn
    Small Onions : 10-15
    Coconut : 1 big slice
    Masala Powder : 2 tblspn
    Red Chili : 4
    Fennel seeds  : 1 tblspn
    Coriander seeds : 1 tblspn
    Poppy seeds : 1 tblspn
    Clove,Cinnamon : 1
    Oil: 1 tblspn
    Onion sliced,Curry leaf : As needed

    Method : Clean the mutton pieces well , apply turmeric powder kept a side. After 15 minutes wash the mutton pieces thoroughly. Heat the pressure cooker add little bit water and mutton, cook for 3 to 4 times pressure(whistle) comes out. In the pan roast the coriander seeds, poppy seeds, clove, cinnamon in low heat, make ground like a powder. In pan add little bit oil roast the small onions and red chili, after that ground with coconut slice like a paste. Heat Oil in a pan add curry leaf, chopped onion fry it well. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, Masala powder and freshly we made a powder fry it well till the raw smell goes off , add water , grounded paste mix well . Add salt and mutton wait until oil floating on the top.Finally add chopped coriander leaf. Mutton gravy is ready and serve hot.
