| Lemon Juice | : | 1 tblspn |
| Olive Oil | : | 1/2 tblspn |
| Frozen corn, thawed | : | 2 cups |
| Diced Tomato | : | 1/4 cup |
| Green Chile | : | to taste |
| Green Onions | : | 1/3 cup |
| Cilantro - Chopped | : | 2 tb |
Method : In a large bowl put lemon juice, oil , salt , corn and chopped ingredients . Mix it well and serve in a clean plate. Same way we can prepare fresh avocado corn salad too. Just add in the ingredients with freshly sliced avocados.
