    Easy way to prepare healthy Corn Salad Recipe



    One of the best corn salad side dish recipe makes you stay healthy. Quick and easy to prepare corn salad with few ingredients.

    Ingredients
    Lemon Juice : 1 tblspn
    Olive Oil : 1/2 tblspn
    Frozen corn, thawed : 2 cups
    Diced Tomato : 1/4 cup
    Green Chile : to taste
    Green Onions : 1/3 cup
    Cilantro - Chopped : 2 tb

    Method : In a large bowl put lemon juice, oil , salt , corn and chopped ingredients . Mix it well and serve in a clean plate. Same way we can prepare fresh avocado corn salad too. Just add in the ingredients with  freshly sliced avocados.
