    How to griddle the chicken fillets?



    We can prepare easy Griddle Chicken Recipe. 
    Ingredients
    Chicken Fillet : 1
    Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
    Garam Masala : 1 tbsp
    Plain Curd : 1/2 cup
    Salt : 1/2 tbsp
    Red Chili Powder : 2 tbsp
    Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tbsp
    Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp

    Method : Clean the chicken fillet cut into pieces as you required styles. Mix with all ingredients  and set aside to marinate overnight or at least for 5 hours in the refrigerator. When ready to cook set griddle temperature 350℉,place the chicken for 30 minutes  and keep turning until chicken become dry.  Serve hot with lemon and onion rings.
